  • Dance is unique.

  • Dance falls under the sports and arts umbrellas, improving fitness and wellbeing alongside         creativity, confidence and communication.

  • It can aid physical development, co-ordination and spatial awareness, and promote healthy lifestyles.

  • Dance is very inclusive, and can really engage kinaesthetic learners who may not be as focused in the classroom.

  • Dance can promote self esteem, and improve listening, negotiation, problem solving, leadership and teamwork skills.
